Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and invoices for Austin Wood Recycling and its subsidiaries. This role involves processing vendor invoices, managing purchasing activity within Infor, and preparing weekly payables for submission to the Accounting Manager. The position also requires posting AP payments, reconciling recurring vouchers, and managing corporate credit card accounts. Additionally, the specialist will lead projects to improve approval workflows and assist with year-end reporting tasks such as 1099 filings.
