Accounts Payable – Sr. Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Sr. Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the organization's payables, including invoice review, PO matching, and payment processing, along with vendor account reconciliation and reporting. This role applies a substantial understanding of accounts payable practices to complete a wide range of AP and general accounting tasks, resolving discrepancies and recommending process improvements. The position works closely with the AP team and escalates non-routine or higher-risk issues to the Senior AP Manager.
