Accounts Receivable Assistant

The Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for data entry of accounts receivable, bank deposits, reconciliations, and resident trust. The role handles processing of resident billing, payments, and account adjustments while maintaining accurate financial and census records, and provides support for billing inquiries, Medicaid applications, and month‑end closing. Additionally, the assistant offers backup administrative support and serves as a liaison between residents, families, and billing agencies.
