Accounts Receivable Assistant

The Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for data entry of accounts receivable, bank deposits, reconciliations, and resident trust, handling billing, payments, and account adjustments while maintaining accurate financial records. The role supports residents and families with billing inquiries and Medicaid applications, assists with month-end closing, and provides backup administrative support.
