Accounts Receivable Manager

This role leads the full accounts receivable lifecycle for Helios Hydraulics Americas, managing daily operations, collections strategy, and customer credit processes across multiple legal entities. The position involves analyzing financial data, preparing cash forecasts, and reconciling accounts to strengthen internal controls and improve working-capital visibility. The successful candidate will coach the AR team, partner with cross-functional departments, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
