ACT Provider

This position provides psychiatric support and services to Spero’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, guiding the multidisciplinary group in caring for clients with serious and persistent mental illness. The provider conducts psychiatric assessments, develops treatment plans, and monitors client health conditions both in the community and in client homes. The role involves collaborating with the team to ensure seamless continuity of care and responding effectively to crises.
