Children's Mental Health Case Manager

This position is responsible for carrying out the job duties of Children's Mental Health Case Management, including assessing client needs, planning for service implementation, and coordinating services. The case manager interacts professionally with internal and external community providers while ensuring compliance with Minnesota Rule 79. The role may involve working across multiple counties under the jurisdiction of the Minnesota Prairie County Alliance.
