Administration Officer

The Administration Officer provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Director of IT Services and the IT Leadership Team at RMIT Vietnam. The role ensures smooth day-to-day department operations by managing budget administration, recruitment coordination, document control, inventory management, and departmental events. It involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the university to maintain efficient administrative processes.
