About this role

This co-op/intern role in Wealth Sales & Service provides administrative and operational support for financial and investment planning at BMO. Students will contribute to team business objectives by building client relationships, executing marketing activities, and resolving client complaints while maintaining service standards. The position requires fluency in both French and English to support clients within and outside the province of Quebec.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships through internal and external sources
Execute telemarketing and outbound calls to expand business growth potential
Coordinate marketing activities and sales materials for client conversations
Resolve client complaints and escalate issues as required
Monitor sales performance against plans and identify best practices
