Administrative Assistant

This position provides high-level administrative support to the Warden's Office at the Eddy County Detention Center, serving as the initial point of contact for the Warden and managing the Inmate Fund Account system. The role involves handling inmate billing, processing public records requests, and maintaining detailed financial and operational records in accordance with departmental policies. The Administrative Assistant also assists with agenda preparation, office supply management, and notary services for county employees and the public.
