Administrative Assistant

This role serves as the strategic administrative partner to the Director of Human Services and the Leadership Team, functioning as the primary gatekeeper and liaison for internal staff and external stakeholders. The position provides comprehensive executive support, manages daily administrative duties, and coordinates logistics for high-level meetings. Additionally, the role assists with HR onboarding processes and manages departmental operations including inventory, budgeting, and payroll documentation.
