The Administrative Assistant provides secretarial support to the Referrals Manager and staff, handling routine clerical and office functions to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Referrals Department. The role involves maintaining files, drafting correspondence, processing communications, and serving as a liaison between patients, referral offices, and insurance companies. This position also requires participating in team collaboration with a trauma-informed lens and adhering to all departmental and organizational policies.
