Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports the daily administrative and operational management of the Benfica Foundation (BF), ensuring the tracking of internal processes and coordination with various departments within the Club. The role involves collaborating with Human Resources on administrative processes, managing vehicle fleet maintenance, and coordinating with the General Secretariat for invoice registration and correspondence. Additionally, the assistant supports beneficiary management in coordination with the Benfica Clinic, handles support requests, and assists in organizing events and initiatives.
