Administrative Coordinator – NL / FR / ENG

The Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers, primarily hospitals in Dutch- and French-speaking regions, coordinating service requests and ensuring efficient handling of customer needs. This role involves managing urgent and non-urgent service interventions, spare parts, and on-site visits while collaborating with service engineers and internal teams. The position requires daily availability until 6:00 PM to ensure the continuity of customer operations and patient care.
