Administrative Coordinator

This role serves as the primary point of contact for Mechanical Engineering and Integrated and Applied Mathematics students, faculty, and stakeholders, focusing on service excellence and operational effectiveness. The position independently manages moderate to complex administrative functions, including student support services, faculty assistance, departmental operations, events, communications, purchasing, scheduling, and data management. The incumbent exercises independent judgment to resolve issues and manage competing priorities in alignment with departmental policies and university procedures.
