Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist provides high‑level administrative, clerical, technical, and financial support to the Services For Adults Division of Mecklenburg County's Department of Child, Family, & Adult Services. Working onsite in Charlotte, the role handles a wide range of tasks including reception duties, call handling, mail distribution, invoice processing, budget reconciliation, and coordination of office logistics while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
