Administrative Support

The role provides front‑desk and office administration for a fast‑paced healthcare organization, handling participant greetings, phone calls, mail, vendor deliveries, supply ordering, meeting room scheduling, and event planning. The candidate must have a high school diploma, at least one year of similar experience, strong customer service skills, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish ability.
