Administrative Support

The position plays a key role in supporting departments in achieving organisational objectives through various administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include managing meetings, handling student and parent issues, supporting recruitment, and operating college information systems. The role also involves switchboard operation and assisting with student trips and work experience coordination.
