Administrative Support

This role provides responsible administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations within the Community Planning and Development Department. The position involves assisting with executive-level duties, managing departmental budgets, and supporting various Boards, Committees, and Commissions. The incumbent performs a wide variety of complicated tasks including research, analysis, and record-keeping under general supervision.
