Facility Project Manager

This position plans, coordinates, and manages facility improvement, renovation, repair, modernization, and capital improvement projects across County-owned facilities. The role involves evaluating facility needs, developing project scopes and budgets, coordinating professional services and contractors, and overseeing projects from initial assessment through completion. The position supports the County's long-term facility management goals by ensuring buildings, infrastructure, and building systems remain safe, functional, efficient, accessible, and properly maintained.
