Administrative Support

This role manages the daily financial operations of the community, including collecting rent, processing payments, and preparing bank deposits. The position involves overseeing resident files, handling vendor invoices, and enforcing lease agreements to maximize revenue. Additionally, the role supports leasing activities and acts as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the community manager.
