Assistant Community Manager

This role supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of an apartment community by managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting tasks. The position involves processing invoices, collecting rent, handling bank deposits, and utilizing property management software to track all financial activities. Additionally, the role includes assisting with resident relations, lease enforcement, and supporting leasing and marketing efforts to maximize revenue and resident satisfaction.
