Administrator, Division Services

The Administrator, Division Services provides administrative and coordination support throughout the preconstruction process, ensuring accurate tender submissions, organized documentation, and smooth project handovers. This role collaborates closely with estimating, contracts, vendors, and operations to maintain efficient workflows and compliance from opportunity through project closeout. The position reports directly to the Manager, Preconstruction Services at Clearway's Head Office in Maple, Ontario.
