The Bid & Proposal Manager leads the planning, development, coordination, and submission of proposals, qualifications, and tenders for major infrastructure and construction projects. Reporting to the Vice‑President of Alternative Procurement, the role works closely with executive leadership, estimating, operations, engineering, business development and external partners to ensure compliant, strategically positioned submissions that showcase Clearway's technical capabilities and value proposition.
