About this role
AIT (Administrator-in-Training) is a supervised training role based in long-term care facilities to prepare candidates for leadership and administrative responsibilities under a licensed Precepting Administrator. The position supports professional development across clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory areas while fostering relationships with residents, families, and community healthcare partners. AITs will be placed in facilities across multiple U.S. states and participate in organizational initiatives to learn facility administration and compliance.
