The Admission RN conducts initial patient and family assessments, coordinates medication and equipment needs, and establishes the initial plan of care for patients admitted to HIA Hospice Services. This full-time, exempt role is based out of the Grand Forks office and requires a strong background in nursing with a focus on hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care. The position supports the agency's mission to provide comfort and care through life's journey.
