The After Hours RN provides skilled nursing care and support to hospice patients and their families during non-business hours, including evening and night shifts. The role involves triaging patient calls, delivering care according to individualized plans, and assisting families during actively dying or death visits. This position operates on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule from 5 PM to 8 AM, Sunday through Saturday.
