The Admissions Coordinator role involves coordinating and managing resident admissions for a 100+ bed residential aged care site, serving as the key contact for prospective residents, families, and referral partners. The position focuses on supporting occupancy, building strong referral relationships, and ensuring a positive, person-centred admission experience. This permanent full-time role reports directly to the General Manager within the Aged Care department.
