This role involves coordinating and managing resident admissions for a 100+ bed residential aged care site, serving as the key contact for prospective residents, families, and referral partners. The position focuses on ensuring a positive, person-centred experience from initial enquiry through to admission while maintaining strong referral relationships and occupancy levels. The successful candidate will manage admissions contracts, tours, and waitlists within a supportive, values-based organisation.
