About this role
The Adoption and Change Manager will lead the adoption of multiple digital systems and tools across the Tony Blair Institute, ensuring digital investments deliver value by enabling staff to confidently use new platforms and ways of working. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation and Performance, the role bridges technical delivery and end users to design and deliver change, communication, and training initiatives. The manager will set adoption goals, track performance, and use insight to refine approaches to build a digital-first culture across global teams.
