Advance Associate

This role involves planning and managing the logistical production of official Mayoral events, including press conferences, town halls, and rallies. Responsibilities include conducting venue walkthroughs, assisting with on-site setup, briefing media and guests, and coordinating with various City Hall departments to ensure events align with the Mayor's agenda. The position requires strong principal management skills to deliver guidance to senior officials and provide administrative support to the Advance Team.
