Advance Associate

The Advance Associate supports the Office of Advance in planning and executing all Mayoral appearances, ensuring logistical and optical aspects of events are managed effectively. This role involves coordinating with various City Hall departments and agencies to facilitate smooth event operations and provide administrative support to the Advance Team. The position requires working closely with high-level executives to advance the Mayor's agenda through successful event production.
