Advanced Care Practitioner - Primary Care Part Time

The Advanced Care Practitioner will work independently in collaboration with a supervising physician to provide primary care services, including routine office visits, minor procedures, telemedicine, and prescription management for Tryon Medical Partners patients. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, documentation, ordering and interpreting labs and imaging, and acting as a patient advocate within the care team.
