Advanced Packaging SI/PI Senior Engineer

About this role
As a Signal and Power Integrity Engineer in the Advanced Packaging design team at Marvell, you will be responsible for SI/PI analysis of designs and optimization of complex package configurations. This role involves interfacing with product design teams to optimize package-related design inputs and power delivery network design, as well as performing studies to determine optimal signal routing and verification of power delivery.
