Advanced Specialist, Payroll

This role serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for validating, checking, and reconciling payrolls across India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nepal to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation and company policies. The position acts as a second level of payroll review and control, providing technical guidance to the team and supporting the Payroll Manager with complex matters, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong expertise in India payroll operations, statutory requirements, and the ability to work independently to resolve issues and drive process enhancements.
