Advanced Specialist, Payroll

This role serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for validating, checking, and reconciling payrolls across India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nepal to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation and company policies. The position acts as a second-level payroll review and control, providing technical guidance to the team and supporting the Payroll Manager with complex matters and continuous improvement. The role requires strong expertise in India payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory requirements, along with the ability to manage complex payroll activities and resolve issues independently.
