The Advancement Associate at Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) supports the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement activities. The role focuses on maintaining accurate donor data and systems, preparing donor-facing materials, and coordinating internal processes that underpin advancement operations. This position is highly collaborative, working with Advancement team members, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners. The role directly supports MLT’s mission to scale its impact and advance economic opportunity for emerging leaders.
