About this role
The Special Assistant to the CEO/Founder at Management Leadership for Tomorrow supports the CEO’s Office with operations management, special projects, and cross-functional coordination. The role also contributes to administrative initiatives for the Human Capital team and fills operational gaps across the organization as needed. This position provides exposure to executive leadership and the inner workings of a leading social enterprise. It is based in Bethesda, MD with a hybrid work arrangement.
