Adviser Engagement and Integration Manager

The Adviser Engagement and Integration Manager provides end-to-end ownership of the adviser and Appointed Representative firm journey, from onboarding through to first payment and transition into business-as-usual support. The role coordinates progress across teams, identifies and resolves barriers, and ensures effective communication with the firm. Additionally, the position focuses on process re-engineering to simplify workflows, reduce manual activity, and improve the overall adviser experience.
