Protection Business Development Manager

The Protection Business Development Manager is a specialist role within the Mortgage & Protection Relationship Management Team, working in partnership with firms and advisers to build stronger, more sustainable businesses. The position focuses on identifying opportunities to improve protection performance and adviser capability through data-driven interventions and engaging development activities. This role aims to translate learning into changed adviser behaviour, improved customer outcomes, and quality protection growth while contributing to the ongoing development of Quilter’s protection proposition.
