The Advisor, Digital Product Owner, Digital Channels will support strategic growth and day-to-day operations of Enbridge’s digital channels to drive customer engagement and improve the digital experience. The role partners with business and technology teams to define product vision, manage the backlog, and deliver customer-facing capabilities across web, mobile, and chat ecosystems. This position is part of the Customer Care Development team and focuses on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
