The Advisor – Financial Expert (Provider Compensation) serves as the enterprise-wide strategic leader and subject matter expert for physician and advanced practice provider compensation across IU Health's employed provider enterprise. This role guides the design, governance, administration, and regulatory compliance of compensation programs while partnering with executive leadership to align provider incentives with organizational goals. The position provides thought leadership on compensation market trends, benchmarking, and emerging payment models to ensure programs remain competitive and financially sustainable.
