Manager Physician Compensation

The Manager Physician Compensation serves as the primary resource for physician compensation strategy, plan design, administration, analytics, benchmarking, governance, and regulatory support across Tufts Medicine's employed physician enterprise. This role partners with physician leadership, human resources, finance, operations, legal, compliance, and external valuation consultants to ensure physician compensation programs support organizational objectives while maintaining market competitiveness, physician alignment, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. The position is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and ongoing refinement of physician compensation plans for all employed physicians across Tufts Medicine, including both academic and community physician groups.
