Advocate

The Advocate role in a homeless shelter environment partners with a Case Manager to support assigned residents, ensuring they follow their case plans and have access to necessary resources. This position involves daily interaction with residents, providing guidance, and intervening in issues while maintaining facility safety and security. The Advocate also assists with shelter operations, including meal service, intake processes, and coordinating resident activities.
