Advocate

The Advocate works in partnership with a Case Manager to support residents in a homeless shelter, ensuring they follow their case plans and have access to necessary resources and supplies. This role involves daily interaction with residents to provide support, intervene in issues, and assist with shelter operations such as meal service and facility safety. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment that promotes mental and physical health and successful program completion.
