Agent indemnisation (bilingue)

As a bilingual claims agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for French and English-speaking clients during automobile and property insurance claims. You will establish trust by professionally guiding policyholders through the entire claims process, from initial filing to damage assessment and vehicle repair coordination. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to verify contract validity and applicable deductibles for both individual and corporate clients.
