The Agent Technique de maintenance is responsible for the corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as the upkeep and troubleshooting of machinery and buildings, including plumbing, electricity, and HVAC systems. The role involves performing administrative tasks, minor repairs, and green space maintenance while adhering to safety and maintenance standards. This position operates within a multidisciplinary team in a senior care facility, reporting to the regional maintenance manager.
