As an Agentic Innovation Partner, you will act as an internal catalyst to accelerate AI adoption and transform business operations within Roche's Data organization. You will design, develop, and deploy rapid prototypes using cutting-edge AI agents and automation technologies to drive measurable productivity outcomes. This role involves partnering with process owners to re-engineer workflows, scaling successful experiments into sustainable capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous experimentation.
