Agentic Research Scientist

PostEra is seeking an Agentic Research Scientist to develop agentic systems that automate the creation of mechanistic models for biochemical and physiological processes, and to analyze biological data for target validation. The role involves designing machine learning methods for rapid adaptation to new drug discovery problems using limited labeled data, with a focus on molecular and tabular in-context learning. The scientist will collaborate closely with chemists and biologists to drive drug discovery decisions and translate successful methods into capabilities used by the company's scientists.
