Agronomy Advisor

The Agronomy Advisor supports the implementation of strategies to help smallholder coffee farmers achieve sustainable increases in coffee quality and yields. This role involves the day-to-day execution of the coffee agronomy program, activity planning, local stakeholder relations management, and supervision of Farmer Trainers to ensure timely achievement of targets. The position focuses on educating farmers on agronomy and regenerative best practices to improve production through yield improvement and behavioral shifts.
